I love supporting others in their journeys towards more

Harmony & Alignment in their Inner & Outer Spaces.

I spent 15 years struggling with Inner Distress & Outer Distress (hormonal imbalance, deficiencies, acne, missing ovulation and missing periods, imbalanced blood sugar, ovarian cysts, inflammation, guilt, insecurity and anxiety to name a few).

Eventually all turmoil culminated to desperation and sparked me towards a deep devotion to shifting the disharmony of my inner and outer life into harmony.

I realized I wanted to give from a place of OVERFLOW, from EXUDING, instead of what had been feeling like I was constantly trying to give from a place of “not enough” & depletion.

It took me a decade of dedication, unraveling and learning -slowly, habitually and holistically.

Along with another pivotal realization that helped me start to break away from complacency, victimhood and belittlement - “it is all ON me & and it’s all WITHIN me”

I shifted my outer habits towards being more rooted & resources in fundamental foundations-

returning to a more natural light exposure rhythm,

synced sleeping and rising

surrounded myself with a clear, clean, cared for, calm home habitat

nourishing my vessel

rehabilitating the way I hold my frame and activate muscles when I’m moving/standing/sleeping/sitting/bending..

favoring more simple nature-derived goods over synthetic formulations

integrating daily, weekly and cyclical structures, systems and rhythms

And I uprooted the weeds of my inner landscape to allow more innate light and vitality to shine through-

clearing false facets of form through emotional release and somatic shifting

recognizing and repatterining self-talk, beliefs, perceptions and feelings

receiving, returning and re-attuning to my soul self & underlying truths through re-connecting to my inner-haven

And layer by layer began to emerge and embody more and more Vitality, Joy, Delight, Awe, Alignment & Harmony!

My hormonal diagnosis reversed completely; all symptoms dissolved (even dissipating the cysts and conceiving easefully/effortlessly).

As I integrated more harmonious habits, my mind and body continued to become so much clearer to create, express and appreciate what is before me and within me.

Life unlocked, unravelled, unfolded and uplifted me into higher capacity and energy to overflow and exude and that is why I now find so much delight in holding space, making space and supporting others in their journeys to cultivate and inhabit higher harmony in their habits, hearts, havens and homes!
